Timothy Gerla f59620473e docs: add 0.5 pre-release docs, add linkable anchors, other fixes 
- add 0.5 docs branched from 0.4
- add intro page and "get help" pages
- moved Docker and Firecracker into a "Local Clusters" category
- switch to markdown-it from markd for consistency between corp site and docs site
- use markdown-it-anchor to create linkable anchors to sections within a page
- improve urls to use / instead of # for docs pages (WARNING: this breaks old links)
- continue to simplify handling in the Content.vue component
- update JS deps

Configuration Overview

In this section, we will step through the configuration of a Talos based Kubernetes cluster. There are three major components we will configure:

  • osd and talosctl
  • the master nodes
  • the worker nodes

Talos enforces a high level of security by using mutual TLS for authentication and authorization.

We recommend that the configuration of Talos be performed by a cluster owner. A cluster owner should be a person of authority within an organization, perhaps a director, manager, or senior member of a team. They are responsible for storing the root CA, and distributing the PKI for authorized cluster administrators.
