Those build have been made using SBCL, and pgloader is known to also work with Clozure Common Lisp.
Note that in theory more platforms should be supported out of the box, it's all about setting up the building environment (read virtual machines) and testing the artifacts.
The file pgloader-3.1.ed853a7.exe has been prepared and testing using Windows™ 7 Enterprise in a 32 bits Virtual Machine. As pgloader comes without a GUI, you will need to use that file from the Windows Command Line. The Windows build is considered experimental, and doesn't include support for compressed archives yet.
