5e6f672dad Update coreos-cloudinit to latest main branch 
This change updates coreos-cloudinit to the latest flatcar-master commit.

This change disables user-configdrive.service on OpenStack,
as coreos-cloudinit.service already runs on OpenStack when the system is
not configured via ignition.

abc5f063a5 overlay net-misc/openssh: Apply Flatcar modifications 
None of these modifications are Flatcar-specific. We are trying to
upstream them in https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/31615. When
they reach Gentoo, we can move net-misc/openssh to portage-stable.

An exception from above paragraph is marking the ebuild as stable on
amd64 and arm64.

8c1cb32a3f sys-fs/multipath-tools: Disable realtime scheduling for multipathd 
Add a dropin that prevents the service from controlling its own
scheduling. On newer Flatcar releases, service ordering seems to have
changed and multipathd is able to configure realtime scheduling before
systemd tries (and fails) to enable the cpu controller.  The dropin is
meant to enforce sane behavior, and matches older Flatcar releases where
cpu controller was enabled before multipathd tries (and fails) to
configure realtime scheduling.

9c89289d87 build_sysext: Remove any opaque directory markers 
The Flatcar extension images built with build_sysext created directories
in the overlay in a way that masked contents from other layers.
Instead of fixing the way we create directories, make use of
postprocessing to avoid any similar problems show up again in the
future.

This pulls in https://github.com/flatcar/bootengine/pull/88
to restore looking at the documented /usr/share/oem path in a custom
PXE OEM initrd instead of /oem.

d15d952f25 overlay sys-kernel/coreos-modules: remove invalid Kernel configs 
Remove invalid Kernel configs CONFIG_NET_SCH_CBQ and
CONFIG_NET_SCH_DSMARK, to fix build issues like:

```
 * ERROR: sys-kernel/coreos-modules-6.1.80::coreos failed (configure phase):
 *   Requested options not enabled in build:
 *     CONFIG_NET_SCH_CBQ
 *     CONFIG_NET_SCH_DSMARK
```

9c7ad4e157 coreos-base/update_engine: Bump commit for bugfix 
Pulls in https://github.com/flatcar/update_engine/pull/39 which fixes updates
on the stable channel for nodes with self-hosted packages in an environment
where nodes are not allowed access to the upstream Flatcar update server.
