The PrivateVPN API for looking up the opened forwarded port has changed.
I tried forking the dev branch, but this file didn't exist there. It's my first fork, sorry if I made it the wrong way...

* Mullvad: Added US Cities
This adds all the US cities, each city had to be painstakingly
downloaded to get the proper full list for each file.
This is needed for the new Mullvad port config: the given port only
works on a sever in a specific city.
* Mullvad: Updated us_all config with new ports
It seems the config downloaded as of 2/11/2011 use UDP 1300 and not UDP
