a02b831e9d community/gogs: remove explicit -buildmode=pie 
This is provided through GOFLAGS now. On mips64, it fails to build with
these flags.

39fae6798f community/gopass: build without -buildmode=pie 
The Makefile defines BUILDFLAGS with "-buildmode=pie", which does not
work on mips64.

The Makefile also defines BUILDFLAGS_NOPIE, which has all the existing
buildflags, but without the buildmode.

Use these flags, and provide our own GOFLAGS.

878272edf2 community/gogs: modernize 
With go modules, it's no longer needed to move the builddir as was
expected with GOPATH.

Also use chmod-clean, otherwise the module cannot be cleaned up
properly, which fails the build.

Finally, move GOPATH from `$startdir` to `$srcdir`, which is more
common, and does not polute the `$pkgdir` with go modules, as the names
overlap.

If GOFLAGS is not explicitly provided, it will use an internal default.
This causes issues because it will try to build with '-buildmode=pie',
which does not work on mips64.
