community/dub: fix build again
...
The build is actually failing in check(),
which is disabled for aarch64.
With gcc-gdc installed, dub chooses gdc as
compiler, so explicitly use ldc2 in check().
gdc fails due to "all warnings being treated as errors",
but ldc2 does not, so DFLAGS aren't needed when using ldc2.

This project used to be named pyldap, but it's python-ldap now.
py3-python-ldap would look quite silly and there's no package named
just "ldap" on PyPI (to be more specific, it's a reserved name), so we
can name it py3-ldap.
