58ce76ea97 testing/unifont: Enabling for all arches 
Changing this package to compile on all. I tested on my Intel machines
and it is building fine also.

We want to enable it on all arches because this will become a dependency
for grub, mainly to enable ISO generation using grub-mkrescue(1).

on ppc64le with the following error:

7069774961 main/libtxc_dxtn: Change $source URL 
Current $source is pointing to cgit, which we know that could be
unreliable, since a cgit package upgrade can generate a different
package checksum.

Upgrading it to a better URL host page. The package checksum is,
unfortunately, different. This is the diff:
