c0958a44c4 main/asterisk: honor CFLAGS 
Asterisk build (since 10.1.0) will set -march=native unless
explicitly overridden via ASTCFLAGS on the main build. So set
ASTCFLAGS to Alpine CFLAGS that include the -march.

* the old timestamp based was 0.1 version or little bit after it
 * unfortunately the timestamp is greater than this, so a seeming
   downgrade will happen
 * use proper upstream source tarballs
