c34938d415 main/xorg-server: Add dependency for xf86-video packages 
xf86-video packages are missing the libpciaccess-dev package that was
removed in a previous commit 654163e1.

Removed the libaccess-dev from the makedepends list because that already
exist  in the depends_dev list.

9c41089409 community/chromium: explicitly call python2 instead of python 
In the future python will be a symlink to python3 or might not even
exist at all, forcing people to explicitly tell the system which version
of python they want.

linux-headers is now a dependency:
