main/cmake: Improve APKBUILD, use bundled jsoncpp
...
Remove explicit `--system` flags, as `--system-libs` should do
the trick.
Also use the bundled `jsoncpp` again to allow Alpine's `jsoncpp`
package to be built using cmake instead of scons (the latter being
deprecated).
