Michael Walle 382985675c mtd: spi-nor-ids: add Winbond W25Q32JW-IM flash 
The Kontron SMARC-sAL28 board uses that flash.

This is the same change as in the linux commit f3418718c0ec ("mtd:
spi-nor: Add support for w25q32jwm").
