Simon Goldschmidt d024e992b3 spl: fix SPI config dependencies 
As SPL_SPI_FLASH_SUPPORT cannot work without SPL_SPI_SUPPORT, fix
dependencies to prevent enabling SPI flash support without basic SPI
support.
