Jeffrey Yu c5d82cab77 spi: add support for ISSI IS25WP02GG flash ...

This patch adds support for the ISSI IS25WP02GG QSPI NOR flash device.
Tested on the Versal VMK180
board in dual-parallel QSPI configuration.
