i.MX95 B0 uses image container format v2, and `one container header
occupies 0x4000, so that CMD_CNTR_VERSION needs to be added.
The purpose of CMD_DUMMY_DDR is to create a dummy image entry in boot
container prior the DDR OEI image entry. ROM reads the address of DUMMY
DDR image entry and passes it to DDR OEI in OEI entry function as
parameter value, in order to indicate the offset of training data with
the boot container.

i.MX95 uses binman to invoke mkimage to create image container. 2 image
containers are needed currently. The first one is composed of
ahab-container.img, LPDDR firmware images, OEI images, System Manager
image and u-boot-spl.bin. The second one is consisted of ARM Trusted
firmware and u-boot.bin.
Because DDR OEI image and LPDDR firmware images have to be packaged
together and named as m33-oei-ddrfw.bin by binman, so imx9_image.sh does
not check if m33-oei-ddrfw.bin exists.
When using "make imx95_19x19_evk_defconfig; make", imx9_image.sh will
delete the line for u-boot.bin in container.cfg. In fact, binman is
always called after the u-boot.bin is built, so imx9_image.sh does not
check if u-boot.bin exists.

Currently U-Boot always adds DCD Image to boot container.
On imx8qxp SoC it is possible to init RAM from within SCFW,
and adding a DCD image type to the boot container in this case
breaks booting (No debug output anymore from SCFW! Nor any
output from SPL), so we need to configure a dcd skip somehow.
This patch adds a new imx8image_cmd entry CMD_DCD_SKIP and a
new entry in imximage.cfg "DCD_SKIP". If set to "true"
no DCD image type will be added to the container.

i.MX8/8X bootable image type is container type.
The bootable image, containers a container set which supports two
container. The 1st container is for SECO firmware, the 2nd container
needs to include scfw, m4_0/1 image, ACore images per your requirement.
