The new i.MX8M Plus DHCOM rev.200 is populated with M24C32-D EEPROM
that contains an additional write-lockable page called ID page. Add
aliases eeprom0wl and eeprom1wl for the access to the EEPROM ID
page node.

Add binman_imx_spl and binman_imx_fit labels to nxp-imx8mimage {} and fit {}
nodes respectively, so they can be referened in board DTs no matter how deep
in the top level binman image description they are. Update current board DTs
to use those labels.

Rework the flash.bin image generation such that it uses the new binman
nxp_imx8mimage etype. This way, the flash.bin is assembled in correct
order using plain binman, without any workarounds or sections assembled
in special DT node order.

The GPIO3 has to be available early during U-Boot proper start up for
DRAM size detect to work correctly. The GPIO3 is currently available in
SPL and late in U-Boot proper, which is insufficient. Add the missing
bootph-all to make the GPIO3 available also early in U-Boot proper.

The current imx8mp-dhcom-som.dtsi describes production rev.200 SoM,
add DT overlay which reinstates rev.100 SoM description to permit
prototype rev.100 SoMs to be used until they get phased out.

The current imx8mp-dhcom-som.dtsi describes prototype rev.100 SoM,
update the DT to describe production rev.200 SoM which brings the
following changes:
- Fast SoC GPIOs exposed on the SoM edge connector
- Slow GPIOs like component resets moved to I2C GPIO expander
- ADC upgraded from TLA2024 to ADS1015 with conversion interrupt
- EEPROM size increased from 256 B to 4 kiB

Add DT overlays to support additional DH i.MX8MP DHCOM SoM 660-100
population options with 1x or 2x RMII PHY mounted on PDK2 or PDK3
carrier boards.
Use SPL DTO support to apply matching SoM specific DTO to cater
for the SoM differences. Remove ad-hoc patching of control DT from
fdtdec_board_setup().

The assigned-clock no longer have to be dropped, the clock are now
defined in clk-imx8mp.c and used by DWMAC driver to configure the
DWMAC clock. Drop the workarounds from U-Boot specific DT extras.

Rename imx8mp-dhcom-pdk2-u-boot.dtsi to imx8mp-dhcom-u-boot.dtsi, since
this file is shared by PDK2, PicoITX and DRC02. No functional change.
