a79fc7a79c common: Remove <common.h> and add needed includes 
Remove <common.h> from all "commmon/" files and when needed add
missing include files directly.

7e5f460ec4 global: Convert simple_strtoul() with hex to hextoul() 
It is a pain to have to specify the value 16 in each call. Add a new
hextoul() function and update the code to use it.

Add a proper comment to simple_strtoul() while we are here.

ecb1dc8922 Add support for Linux-like kallsysms 
The kernel stores address<->symbol names in it so things can be decoded at
runtime.  Do it in U-Boot, and we get nice symbol decoding when crashing.
