There are backslashes in some of the tags which seems to be unnecessary.
Remove then.
Change the word 'either' to 'any' since there are three options.

For indicating the address and size of a memory region other commands use a
<addr>[:<size>] syntax. Do the same for bootefi.

A image_size parameter has been added to the bootefi parameter.
Describe all parameters.
Correct how the description of how the device-path in the loaded
image protocol is determined.

Let's group them into cmd/ sub-directory.
