drivers: mtd: nand: Kconfig: Add SYS_NAND_PAGE_SIZE dependency

Add SYS_NAND_PAGE_SIZE dependency for cadence NAND.
This config is needed as the SPL driver will use this parameter
to read uboot-proper image in NAND during booting.
