Bump to 0.7.0 as we have a new release. Clean up the tests we do: 0.6.3 is a previous release, 0.7.0 is a stable release, current version (0.8.x) is the "next" release. We test the following: * 0.6.3 -> 0.7.0 * 0.7.0 -> 0.8-current * 0.7.0 -> 0.8-current (single node) This tests upgrades always between two releases.
