Andrey Smirnov	343c55762e	chore: replace talos-systems Go modules with siderolabs ... This the first step towards replacing all import paths to be based on `siderolabs/` instead of `talos-systems/`. Andrey Smirnov	9baca49662	refactor: implement COSI resource API for Talos ... Overview: deprecate existing Talos resource API, and introduce new COSI API.
