fix: iscsi-tools and multipath-tools 
iscsi binaries needs to be present on the host.
Multipathd seems not to work when self-contained.

iscsi-tools

iscsi-tools has been tested with a remote iSCSI target with iscsiadm commands run in the mount namespace of the ext-iscsid Talos extension service.
