wgengine/magicsock: remove misleading unexpected log message (#17445)

Switching to a Geneve-encapsulated (peer relay) path in
endpoint.handlePongConnLocked is expected around port rebinds, which end
up clearing endpoint.bestAddr.

Fixes tailscale/corp#33036
