a1a3c9660f Make tests py3 compatible 
This is a mixed commit that fixes various small issues

 * print parentheses
 * 01 is invalid syntax (it was octal in py2)
 * [x for i in 1, 2] is invalid syntax
 * six moves

4fad8efbfb Fix stackoverflow and logcontexts from linearizer 
1. make it not blow out the stack when there are more than 50 things waiting
   for a lock. Fixes https://github.com/matrix-org/synapse/issues/2505.

2. Make it not mess up the log contexts.
