This patch enables BGPSpeaker to advertise BGP EVPN routes and
store the advertised BGP EVPN routes from the neighbors.
TODO:
- To support the VRF table for BGP EVPN routes.
This patch supports the global table only.
- To implement Multihoming Functions.
Currently, ONLY Single-Homing is supported.
