György Krajcsovits a693dd19f2 Fix: chunkenc.MockSeriesIterator

Starts its index from 0 , but users call Next() before first sample
so it needs to start from -1

This directory contains the Prometheus TSDB (Time Series DataBase) library, which handles storage and querying of all Prometheus v2 data.
