1b5f65002a Bump go-retryablehttp to fix basic auth creds leak 
This PR updates go-retryablehttp to version 0.7.7, even if it's used as
an indirect import. Versions previous to that can didn't sanitize urls,
discussed at HDCSEC-2024-12 [1]

777daea86e Revert change to scaleway-sdk-go 
The change brings in non trivial deprecations.
Multiple public IPs can be returned by the API now instead of one.
Need to decide what to do in that case as we used a single
meta label for that __meta_scaleway_instance_public_ipv4.
