wal: ignore os.ErrNotExist errors in DirSize during WAL size calculation
...
This change updates `DirSize` to ignore `os.ErrNotExist` errors,
since they are expected during normal WAL cleanup. All other errors
continue to propagate.
Fixes : #17005
