Rosen Penev 02b359b666 mpc85xx: fix wdr4900 ethernet 
997acc7f86ca985cba52f7ea8b72f0661a1e3c52 split this PHY driver up such
that external QCA switches now use CONFIG_QCA83XX_PHY. Fix it here so
that ethernet works again.
