Petr Štetiar 57392d6377 kernel: crypto: fix missing dependecies for CRYPTO_USER_API_ENABLE_OBSOLETE ...

CRYPTO_USER_API_ENABLE_OBSOLETE config symbol depends on CRYPTO_USER so
lets add this dependency to relevant modules.
