netifd: update to version 2023-05-31 ...

Contains following changes:

 * bridge: bridge_dump_info: add dumping of bridge attributes
 * bridge: make it more clear why the config was applied
 * cmake: fix build by reordering the cflags definitions
 * treewide: fix multiple compiler warnings
