Rosen Penev cbedb5de75 util-linux: remove custom pkgconfig patch 
Replace with sed as done elsewhere.

Fixes error with at least btrfs-progs:

Package '@LIBSELINUX@', required by 'mount', not found
Package '@LIBCRYPTSETUP@', required by 'mount', not foun
