Jo-Philipp Wich 2561bce232 lldpd: upgrade to 0.7.5 ...

lldpd 0.7.1 has several alignment issues that trip a system configured
to fault on misaligned accesses.  Version 0.7.5 fixes that along with a
few other minor issues.
