Marty Jones 7dd9cf82cd mac80211: realtek: add support for RTL8814AE/RTL8814AU 
This adds support for RTL8814AE/RTL8814AU PCI/USB adapters.
Run-tested: x86/64/rockchip
USB adapter tested: Hawking HW17ACU Wireless-AC1750.
