Hauke Mehrtens 5b0617ae1f libcap: Revert "libcap: update to 2.77" 
This reverts commit c25265953b9c06fafc6091982468ed0cfc30abb0.

Linking of libpsx.so from libcap 2.77 fails on powerpc 464fp. Revert
back to the older version which works.
