Andrew LaMarche e11e1c18ee ramips: add support for TP-Link Archer AX21

This patch adds support for the TP-Link Archer AX21 v4.

LEDs:		Power, 2.4GHz, 5GHz, WAN, LAN, WPS
Buttons:	Reset, WPS

Installation
------------

Upload the factory image using the Web UI.
