Petr Štetiar 2b28358a37 odhcpd: activate PIE ASLR by default ...

This activates PIE ASLR support by default when the regular option is
selected.

Size increase on x86/64:

 odhcpd-ipv6only Installed-Size: 36821 -> 38216
