Álvaro Fernández Rojas 7615de6ef0 kernel: r8127: rss: enable ENABLE_MULTIPLE_TX_QUEUE 
We need both ENABLE_RSS_SUPPORT and ENABLE_MULTIPLE_TX_QUEUE in order to
support multiple RX and TX queues.
