mvebu: select CPU_LITTLE_ENDIAN

Browse Source 
When running `make kernel_menuconfig`, CPU_BIG_ENDIAN is selected by
default, resulting in a non-bootable image. Add CPU_LITTLE_ENDIAN to
avoid that.
