* Use the new class EventMetric to cleanup and simplify the implementation
 * Replaced the single metric for Topology Events with four metrics
   (last event timestamp and event rate):
   - Device Event metrics
   - Host Event metrics
   - Link Event metrics
   - Topology Graph metrics
