6e85404b1c Minor changes to PI-ECMP demo 
- Support devices with different pipeconfs (as in the HW testbed)

ad37e3733e Integrating YANG live compilation into YANG runtime. 
- Bumped ONOS dependency on ONOS YANG tools 2.2.0-b4.
- Added CLI to compile YANG models.
- Added GUI capability to compile YANG models via drag-n-drop or file upload.
- Fixed defect in propagating self-contained JAR apps through the cluster.

aaf6d9821e Build BMv2 with debugger in onos-setup-p4-dev 
Tested on Ubuntu 14.04, not 16.04.

Also, bumped version of PI and BMv2.

73f8bd7884 Adapting p4c and bmv2 setup script for 14.04 and 16.04 
At the time of commit on a 4 core VM running on VirtualBox on
a 2016 MacBook Pro takes the following amount of time:
  Ubuntu 16.04 - 19m13.451s
  Ubuntu 14.04 - 21m58.665s

8a0c7c761f When defining ONOS_ROOT strip out any symlinks 
This is a workaround for problems with building GRPC with buck
on some machines.

7e8f8320c8 Improved onos-setup-p4-dev 
Now checks last built commit before building a project. Helpful when
dealing with frequent project updates (such as bmv2 o4 p4runtime).

b752427548 ONOS-6457 Improved bmv2.py mininet script 
- Starts BMv2 with empty.p4 as when running with --no-p4 the switch
  crashes
- Automatically send a netcfg JSON to ONOS for each device
- Makefile to build all P4 programs (needed for empty.p4)

c7a60ce6b4 Clean up env var when returning cells 
ONOS_USER, ONOS_GROUP, ONOS_WEB_USER and ONOS_WEB_PASS will be reset to default value when cleaned up.
Users can override the default value by specifying desired value in local cell files.
