fix: properly detect infra provider service accounts 
The suffix should be checked there, not prefix.
Also write the tests to verify service account status controller.
Found couple more issues with the finalizers flow in the controller.

Omni API

Omni client code and gRPC API libraries.

Omni SaaS deployment of Kubernetes. Omni is supported by the people at Sidero Labs. This respository contains client code and gRPC API definitions used to access Omni SaaS.
