allow support for parity '0', '1' enabling support for 2,3 drive setups ( #15171 )

allows for further granular setups
- 2 drives (1 parity, 1 data)
- 3 drives (1 parity, 2 data)
Bonus: allows '0' parity as well.

feat: Single drive XL implementation ( #14970 )

Main motivation is move towards a common backend format
for all different types of modes in MinIO, allowing for
a simpler code and predictable behavior across all features.
This PR also brings features such as versioning, replication,
transitioning to single drive setups.

the browser is running, now the port has moved
