Baptiste Assmann d20bbaf093 MINOR: dns: wrong DNS_MAX_UDP_MESSAGE value ...

Current implementation of HAProxy's DNS resolution expect only 512 bytes
of data in the response.
Update DNS_MAX_UDP_MESSAGE to match this.
