Released version 1.3.14.5 with the following main changes :
    - [BUILD] fix build with gcc 4.3
    - [TESTS] add a debug patch to help trigger the stats bug

    - [DOC] fix unescaped space in httpchk example.
    - [DOC] update the README file with new build options
    - [MEDIUM] reduce risk of event starvation in ev_sepoll
