Olivier Houchard afc7cb85c4 BUG/MEDIUM: h2: Follow the same logic in h2_deferred_shut than in h2_snd_buf. 
In h2_deferred_shut(), don't just set h2s->send_wait to NULL, instead, use
the same logic as in h2_snd_buf() and only do so if we successfully sent data
(or if we don't want to send them anymore). Setting it to NULL can lead to
crashes.

This should be backported to 1.9.

The HAProxy documentation has been split into a number of different files for
ease of use.

Please refer to the following files depending on what you're looking for :

  - INSTALL for instructions on how to build and install HAProxy
  - LICENSE for the project's license
  - CONTRIBUTING for the process to follow to submit contributions

The more detailed documentation is located into the doc/ directory :

  - doc/intro.txt for a quick introduction on HAProxy
