As previously mentioned in cd352c0db
("MINOR: log/balance: rename
"log-sticky" to "sticky""), let's define a sticky algorithm that may be
used from any protocol. Sticky algorithm sticks on the same server as
long as it remains available.
The documentation was updated accordingly.
