Aleksandar Lazic 89fb210214 DOC: configuration: add info about ssl-engine for 2.6 ...

In the announcement of 2.6 is mentioned that the openssl engine
is not enabled by default.

This patch add the information to the configuration.txt.

This is related to GitHub Issue #1752.

Should be back ported to 2.6
