We'll need to keep track of the total amount of data received for the current stream, and the amount of data to ack for the current stream, which might soon diverge as soon as we'll have to update the stream's offset with received data, which are different from those to be ACKed. One reason is that in case a stream doesn't exist anymore (e.g. aborted an upload), the rcvd_s info might get lost after updating the stream, so we do need to have an in-connection counter for that. What's done here is that the rcvd_s count is transferred to wu_s in h2c_send_strm_wu(), to be used as the counter to send, and both are considered as sufficient when non-null to call the function.

HAProxy is a free, very fast and reliable reverse-proxy offering high availability, load balancing, and proxying for TCP and HTTP-based applications.
