William Lallemand b4b9caa65f BUILD: ssl/ocsp: ssl_ocsp-t.h depends on ssl_sock-t.h
ssl_ocsp-t.h uses SSL_SOCK_NUM_KEYTYPES which is defined in
ssl_sock-t.h.

No backport needed.
