It is now possible to use a flag during zero-copy forwarding negotiation to specify the requested size is exact, it means the producer really expect to receive at least this amount of data. It can be used by consumer to prepare some processing at this stage, based on the requested size. For instance, in the H1 mux, it is used to write the next chunk size.
